Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the headlamp in its original packaging, ensuring all charging cables and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
